S for Socks

The S-Series fastening machines have been optimally designed to package bundles of socks and are especially effective where large bundles are involved such as for sports socks. The S-Series modules have a single needle that bundles socks of up to 70mm depths. This unique system bundles socks via an elastic fastener with t-ends on both sides. The machines are offered with one (SI) or two modules (SII) or an optional J-Hook feeder (SV). They are also available with two-hand or foot pedal actuation (SX). Consumers will also appreciate the the fact that the elastic staples will not pull through the bundle and damage the material but rather stretch and eventually break upon pulling apart.
