The EHD Mattress Tool is the healthy alternative to using glues and adhesives for fastening layers of foam or textile materials together used in mattress manufacturing. The EHD Fastener is a "heavy duty" fastener, which will reliably hold multiple layers of foam together for the lifetime of your product.
Ergonomically designed to offer the operator a comfortable firm grip, the EHD mattress tool also offers enormous flexiblity and high efficiency.
The long, specially coated needle penetrates easily through several layers of rubber foam. The inserted T-end fastener holds the layers tightly together: no glue or adhesives needed.
