Denis Beinhauer now heads our Asian office
(January 1st, 2012) Friedrichshafen. Denis Beinhauer, who has worked for Ramko in Germany for the last 2 years with Managing Director, Claire Murray assisting in all aspects of the global business has relocated to the Asian headquarters in Guangzhou, China effective September 2011. Denis‘ new role as General Manager, Asia will involve overseeing the team of 25 staff based in China including account management, business and product development, sourcing and factory development, logistics and finance. He will be closely involved in project management with many of our key clients, where we are developing new packaging concepts which Ramko will produce in China and distributed on our clients behalf throughout their production facilities in Europe, USA and Asia.

be a great asset to our China team bringing additional language skills (German) and cultural understanding. In addition, his posting to China will
enable him to extend his skills and understanding of production capabilities in China enabling us to continue to be at the forefront of packaging

This further extension of the China team compliments the relocation of Ramko China to a larger office and new showroom in Dongpu,
Guangzhou (15 minutes from the Canton Fair) and we all look forward to welcoming you to visit our new facilities in 2012.
Ramko Welcomes Stefan Linz as their European Sales Manager
(August 23rd, 2011) Friedrichshafen. Stefan Linz has replaced Dave Bottelberge, who has moved to a new position within the Ramko European Team as Technical Manager. Stefan joins the team with a wealth of sales and account management experience combined with general business acumen he built up as the founder and active partner of a sports and travel company in Germany. During this time, he was focused on the retail business and has a strong understanding of how products need to be packaged and marketed to be successful in the retail marketplace in Europe. Stefan chose to join the expanding Ramko Team worldwide giving him the opportunity to work within a more international environment, where he can use his lingual skills being fluent in German, English and French. INTERPACK 2011 - Ramko's packaging solutions were in high demand at this year's premiere packaging tradeshow
(May 19th, 2011) Friedrichshafen. The world’s premiere tradeshow for the packaging industry, Interpack, officially closed its doors yesterday. Ramko was delighted with the overwhelming interest in their packaging products and fastening systems during the busy seven day fair. “We had a phenomenal response at the show to our packaging solutions from many industries including hand tools, cosmetics, confectionary and beverage companies. There were many companies looking for new solutions in terms of automating and improving their current packaging. At Ramko we can offer a unique combination of solutions from automating the packaging process to increase speed and capacity therefore saving costs while also offering our clients highly customizable and competitive packing materials from our China office. As a German company, we focus heavily on innovation and design while also being mindful of the increasing cost pressure our customers face in order to be competitive and the environmental issues, ” commented Managing Director, Claire Murray.
Ramko would like to thank all our customers and interested parties for visiting our stand at Interpack. Ramko had a number of packaging machines on display ranging from the manually operated R4, semi-automated R6 and the fully automated R30 machine plus our tagging machines. In addition, Ramko showcased a number of new packaging products focusing on flat pack solutions to save on freight costs and storage. During this time, Ramko also celebrated their 30th Anniversary and the founder of the company, Mr Horst Rank was in attendance.
