RAMKO is a global leader in automated packaging solutions including labels, printers and RFID. Our worldwide headquarters is located in Friedrichshafen, Germany. This position is a field based position.

Position Overview

We are seeking several experienced sales professionals with proven track records in the Packaging or Automation industry. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to develop the commercial strategy for his region and work with the RAMKO team to accelerate growth into this industry.

Essential Duties


  • Develop and implement a market specific strategy.
  • Prepare reports to document activities and results.
  • Work closely with both the Marketing and R&D team on new product development.
  • Work along side Product Management to develop a lead generation process.
  • Develop and maintain target reports for the region.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, as required.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of three years in an outside sales role with proven track record.
  • BA Business or Engineering degree required.
  • Experience selling to large customers is required.
  • Experience in developing new markets.
  • Proven communication, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Overnight travel required 30-40%.
  • Fluent in English, with a preferred second language skill viewed as a positive attribute.
